Gold, Silver, Copper, and Zinc

This Company Could Be Looking at Life-Changing Gains…
Over the Next 90 Days!

It comes with the three men who were instrumental in the discovery of 3 of the 4 largest mines to ever be discovered in this mineral-rich region of Canada. This tiny mining stock has stacked the deck in your favor!

Even Resource Capital Funds — a $2.5 billion-dollar private equity fund made up of expert mining analysts and investors — just quietly took an 18% stake in the company.

Consider Shares of Callinex Mines (TSXV: CNX & US: CLLXF)

Things are developing quickly with this story, so please read this entire letter.
As a full disclosure, myself and my family own shares of the company, as well as close friends

Dear Reader,

This is the one stock you need to know about that is actively exploring in mineral-rich Canada. They’ve already announced the discovery of a new zone and now this aggressive team is planning more drilling this winter, then all other previous months in 2015 combined!

It is very important to research Callinex now.

Callinex Mines

MiningA discovery in the region will be significant in my opinion, because the fact is, billion dollar giant HudBay is running out of ore! Check out this excerpt from their Chief Operating Officer on a recent conference call.

It very much looks as if 777 is now approaching the end of its life in terms of ability to extend the reserves any further

With ore grades collapsing and even some mines being depleted, those who can deliver minable, economic projects are going to be swiftly rewarded. Due to the bear market in resource stocks, I can assure you, the supply line and exploration projects for precious metals and base metals has been devastated!

Even so, these everyday metals like copper, silver, and zinc are essential to our society and technological achievements. Gold, though, may be more important than ever. With the world awash in paper money, zero-percent interest-rate policies, and untrustworthy governments, gold demand is soaring.

Looking at the physical demand for gold and silver, the mints can’t even keep up, with the U.S. mint, Australian Perth mint, and Canadian Royal mint ALL having to delay sales in 2015 due to overwhelming demand!

Billionaires like Stanley Druckenmiller have made huge purchases of gold bullion, with Mr. Druckenmiller taking a $323 million position last quarter, making it 22% of his portfolio.

Last month, I attended a major investment conference – one that would normally have hundreds of booths for small junior exploration stocks. This year, they had about a dozen!

Now is the time to start looking at metal and mining shares, but with Callinex Mines, this takes us to a whole new level. With exploration, discovery can give you your largest gains, especially in the precious metal and key base metals sector. And in my opinion, they are already on the path to discovery, with an early victory announced over the summer.

In news recently released, Callinex Mines (CNX) discovered a new zone with gold, silver, copper, and zinc!

This new zone is completely open in all directions and is
projected to be located on the margins of a larger deposit.

If upcoming drilling confirms this projection, we expect
shares will dramatically multiply in value.

10 Key Reasons Why I Am Recommending Shares of CNX

  1. Mike Muzylowski has been involved in 16 discoveries that went on to be producing mines and 50 years of experience in the region.
  2. CNX projects are near HudBay and they are starving for more resources in the area. This puts CNX and its projects at the top of their buyout list.
  3. Pine Bay is an advanced project and further exploration and results will happen this year!
  4. Legendary Investor Carlo Civelli, who has been an early investor in 12 companies that went on to become billion dollar market caps, is both an investor and the Chairman of their advisory board.
  5. Shares are just 30 cents!
  6. A new CEO has just taken over. Max Porterfield has a reputation in Vancouver for getting things done!
  7. I think their Island Lake gold project is a potential lottery ticket!
  8. Resource stocks are the only bargain in the markets today.
  9. The world needs copper and zinc, and specifically from safe mining jurisdictions like Canada. Do you really trust supplies from Russia, Ukraine, and Africa?
  10. With global currency devaluation, I want to own hard assets like CNX who have real copper-zinc deposits to back up every single share!
Editor’s Note: If you are serious about becoming a long-term shareholder, CNX Chairman Mike Muzylowski and CEO Max Porterfield have invited all friends of a follow-up call, as well as a priority alert when their 2015 drill results begin.

Here is the Kicker

When you look at the Flin Flon Belt, in Manitoba, Canada, where CNX is exploring, the three men who were instrumental in discovering 3 of 4 largest mines are all with CNX now. Just how large were these discoveries, well each of them either have or are planned to produce for 15 to 30 years! That type of discovery, can literally be worth billions in value to shareholders.

The last major discovery on claims within Callinex’s project portfolio, now known as HudBay’s 777 mine, yielded almost $2 billion in net profit! Now, consider that Callinex has a 100% interest in its claims that are near HudBay’s 777 mine and they just announced a new discovery. They are planning a MAJOR drilling program that, if successful, could be a life changing event for all involved.

With this upcoming drilling program nearing, let’s take a look at the quality of management who will positioning the company for success.

Mike Muzylowski

Mike Muzylowski, who has had 13 discoveries in the area, all of which went into production, including the Trout Lake Mine, is the Chairman of CNX. He’s a Canadian Mining Hall of Famer, and he also received the PDAC Developer of the Year Award (Grammy’s for the Miners).

Alan Vowles is the CNX geophysicist who was a key member in the team that discovered HudBay’s Lalor Mine…

Just weeks ago, CNX announced the appointment of James Pickell to their technical team. Mr. Pickell has helped lead the discovery of four producing mines in the region, including HudBay’s nearby 777 mine.

With this team already having discovered, 3 of 4 the largest mines in the belt, we like our chances for this team to repeat success with another major discovery this winter.

Potential for Major Discovery

In one of the most prolific mining camps where over 25 million ounces of gold equivalent ounces produced, CNX’s Pine Bay Project is well situated.

One of the world’s most respected mining companies, Placer Dome, who actually was so big that two of the largest gold companies (Barrick and Goldcorp) had to partner together acquire the company for $10 billion, had a mandate to discover a deposit at the Pine Bay project that would be larger than HudBay’s 777 mine. They outlined a drilling program to test several targets with potential for a major discovery but several of the holes have never been completed.

CNX plans to test these targets in part of a larger drilling program along with several holes to increase the significance of their newly discovered zone. The setup here is one you have to research and take very seriously if you are looking to supercharge your exposure to gold and silver.

Legendary investor Carlo Civeli is also a major shareholder, and the last time I spoke with him during an interview, he stated that out of the thousands of exploration stocks available to invest in, CNX is the ONLY one he owns today!

This is coming from a man who has been part of 12 companies where he’s invested in them early, and then watched them grow into billion-dollar giants!

We also know that Resource Capital Funds, a $2.5 billion-dollar fund made up of the best people in the mining business, has invested in only 135 stocks since 1998. However, CNX is only their 2nd exploration stock!

When I spoke with Chairman Mike Muzylowski, he made it very clear to me that he’s in this for a major discovery, and nothing less. CEO Max Porterfield isn’t looking to simply move paper, he’s trying to unlock value through real exploration on the ground right now!

Potential For a Large VMS Deposit

  • Three known deposits including Pine Bay deposit with a historical vertical shaft and significant underground workings
  • Previously explored by Placer Dome and Inmet, who had mandates to identify a +20 Mt VMS deposit
  • Several proposed drill targets by Placer Dome remain untested along the Pine Bay mine horizon
  • Covers the largest volcanic felsic rock package on the belt, which are the primary host rock for VMS deposit

Our Recommendation: Consider shares of Callinex Mines (TSXV: CNX & US: CLLXF)

CNX projects are near HudBay, who is starving for more resources in the area. This puts CNX and its projects at the top of their buyout list, in my opinion. Max Porterfield, who is the CEO of CNX, has a reputation in Vancouver for getting things done! I’ve personally known Max for 5 years, and believe he is going to be one of the great ones of my own generation. He’s done something a true leader does, and that’s surrounded himself with the best people. In CNX’s case, he literally has the “A”-team that is second to none for discovery in the region.

All of CNX’s key projects are in the safe jurisdiction of Canada.

  • Pine Bay Project – NEW discovery announced over the summer, 300ft from the Sourdough deposit.

  • Island Lake Gold Project – formerly-producing mine with exceptionally high-grade gold assays.

  • Flin Flon Project – surrounded by HudBay claims (including 777 mine).

  • Gossan Gold Project – gold mineralization identified over a 1.8km strike length that is open for expansion

Manitoba, Canada has had 67 producing mines since 1913, and is known for some of the highest-grade ore deposits on the planet! The best part about this company for investors is they are very active. CNX has a tight share structure, with 47.7 million shares outstanding, a $15 million market cap, and about $4 million in cash, with ZERO debt. I suggest everyone research this stock immediately!

Best Regards,
Daniel Ameduri

Editor’s Note: When it comes to exploration, it really doesn’t get any better than this. And now, the potential truly is enormous, because they’ve discovered a new zone. I would expect very soon that CNX could be throwing out some potential haymaker-type news headlines.
