Mining Shares are Dirt Cheap Today!

Callinex Mines (TSXV: CNX & US: CLLXF),
Chaired by 2011 Canadian Mining Hall of Fame Inductee Mike Muzylowski,
is Located in the Middle of High-Yield Copper, Zinc, Gold, and Silver Mining Operations.

Dear Investor,

Some of the largest gains have come from investing in the metals and mining sector at the right time! This sector typically has major multi-year moves where investors have potential to accumulate tremendous wealth. The most successful resource investors have adhered to the “buy low, sell high” philosophy when the value of these stocks are near historic lows. This approach requires courage, risk tolerance and patience but has produced some of the biggest gains to investors!

Doug Casey

Doug Casey

Doug Casey, founder of Casey Research, states that “The real money is to be made by investing ahead of the masses…our approach has been to look for solid speculations in sectors of little public interest because that allows us to buy cheap and, if we are right, sell high as the crowds rush in”

Due to an imperfect supply-demand balance for commodities, the resource sector is exceptionally cyclical and typically has large multi-year moves where valuations can swing dramatically. For instance, the S&P/TSX Metals and Mining Index rose by a staggering 831% from 2002 to 2007. After the 2008 correction, from 2009 to 2011, the same index rose another 708%.

With the average mining stock down more than 70%, now is the opportunity to buy these stocks for just pennies on the dollar. In fact, Morgan Stanley just stated that they expect “a sharp reversal” upwards for mining stocks over the next 18 months based on rising commodity prices and that valuations of these stocks are at “historically attractive levels”.  The opportunity is to invest when valuations are low and these cyclical stocks are out of favor to “buy low”.

Two of the world’s most notable investors, Carl Icahn and Stanley Druckenmiller, just invested over one billion dollars into the resource sector. With ‘smart money’ already taking positions in the sector and with the “70% off sale” ending soon, now is the time to look at buying opportunities.

How to Stack the Deck in Small Resource Opportunities

Investors’ dream of owning small companies that makes new discoveries, the quintessential catalyst to provide huge profits. Did you know that, according to Casey Research, less than 5% of geologists ever make a discovery? Those 5% of geologists are the ones to watch as they are more likely to make a second and third discovery.

Legendary geologist Mike Muzylowsky has been inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame for just this – well, a couple of times over actually! Mike has been instrumental in the discovery and development of 16 mineral deposits and heads up a small exploration company called Callinex Mines. Callinex is publically traded in Canada under the symbol CLLXF and in the US under the symbol CLLXF.

“Follow The Money” – Carlo Civelli and Resource Capital Funds invest millions in Callinex

Mr. Muzlowsky’s track record and exploration plans have attracted ultra-wealthy resource investor Carlo Civelli as a large shareholder. Mr. Civelli recently sold his private company for over USD $900 million and has financed a dozen small companies that have gone on to achieve multi-billion dollar valuations.

Mr. Civelli subscribes to the 3P’s to resource investing- people, projects and price. When a company has all three of his “P’s” he considers it a strong buy. Mr. Civelli recently commented that “Callinex is onto something that could be very interesting. This is why I have put a lot of money into the Company and am willing to continue to fund it.”

Resource Capital Funds (RCF), a USD $2.5 billion private equity firm specializing in the resource sector, agreed with Mr. Civelli’s opinion and just acquired 18% of CLLXF at a price per share of USD $0.23.

Given that CLLXF is just the second exploration company in RCF’s exploration portfolio, they are clearly betting ‘smart money’ on Callinex to make a big discovery and provide extraordinary returns on their investment.

Callinex Just Announced a New Discovery!

CLLXF announced that the FIRST hole drilled into a new trend discovered copper, zinc gold and silver in an area with no previous exploration. This discovery represents the most significant mineralization encountered at the Company’s project since the 1970s, where five deposits have already been previously discovered.

Major miner HudBay has been drilling at the property boundary approximately 2 miles to the south of Callinex’s new discovery. HudBay’s exploration may be focused along the same trend in search of a similar discovery. With HudBay’s nearby processing facility requiring additional ore within the next few years, Callinex’s new discovery has the potential to be very valuable with additional exploration.

HudBay has invested over $1.5 billion in the area since 2000 and are looking for projects to acquire. Callinex could be of potential interest at a major premium with a market capitalization of just USD $12 million.

As Doug Casey notes, “We usually see the fastest, most dramatic increases in share price at a time when a small company makes a big discovery.” With the last mine found on claims previously owned by CLLXF’s predecessor generating over $1 billion in revenue, this upcoming drilling program this could be a ‘game-changer’ for shareholders.

Callinex is already up 50% this year, research now!

With only 47 million shares outstanding and a market capitalization of USD $12 million, CLLXF is the stock to research right now. Investors are starting to take notice and have driven the shares up over 50% this year; however, the valuation still provides lots of opportunity for more growth. The recent bear market in resource stocks may be setting up a new bull market that could provide investors with huge gains.

In mining, the people who are running the companies are more important than anything else, and in CLLXF’s case, they have the projects, the capital, and the best possible management team. With investors like Carlo Civelli and Resource Capital Funds investing behind and mining legends like Mike Muzylowski, this may be one of the most exciting opportunities in the resource sector! I urge you to research this Callinex before drill results are announced, we are betting it will be an opportunity to accumulate real wealth.

10 Key Reasons Why I Am Recommending Shares of CNX

  1. Mike Muzylowski has been involved in 16 discoveries that went on to be producing mines and 50 years of experience in the region.
  2. CNX projects are near HudBay and they are starving for more resources in the area. This puts CNX and its projects at the top of their buyout list.
  3. Pine Bay is an advanced project and further exploration and results will happen this year!
  4. Legendary Investor Carlo Civelli, who has been an early investor in 12 companies that went on to become billion dollar market caps, is both an investor and the Chairman of their advisory board.
  5. Shares are just 30 cents!
  6. A new CEO has just taken over. Max Porterfield has a reputation in Vancouver for getting things done!
  7. I think their Island Lake gold project is a potential lottery ticket!
  8. Resource stocks are the only bargain in the markets today.
  9. The world needs copper and zinc, and specifically from safe mining jurisdictions like Canada. Do you really trust supplies from Russia, Ukraine, and Africa?
  10. With global currency devaluation, I want to own hard assets like CNX who have real copper-zinc deposits to back up every single share!

Many of the securities we profile are considered penny stocks. Penny stocks inherently involve high risk and price volatility. You may lose your entire investment in any penny stock that you invest in. You should be acutely aware of the following information and risks inherent in any penny stock investment that you may make, including any issuer profiled on our websites or otherwise:

  • We receive monetary or securities compensation from persons that claim they are a non-affiliate shareholder (“NAS”) or an issuer; however, we conduct no due diligence whatsoever to determine whether in fact they are a non-affiliate;
  • We may receive free trading shares from the non-affiliates, which we may sell at anytime, including as soon as we deposit such shares in our securities accounts, during our promotion of the issuer’s stock (that the NAS owns), after our promotion, or at anytime;
  • There is an inherent conflict of interest between our information dissemination services involving various issuers and our receipt of compensation from those same issuers;
  • We may buy and sell securities in the securities that we provide information dissemination services, which may cause: a) significant volatility in the issuer’s stock; (b) price declines from our selling activities; (c) permit us to make substantial profits while we are disseminating profiles or information about the issuer, yet may result in a diminished value to the stock for investors;
  • We conduct little or no due diligence on the profiles we receive from the non-affiliate shareholders nor do we conduct due diligence on any other information we disseminate to the public;
  • We conduct no diligence on the press releases we receive from a non-affiliate shareholder, an issuer, or from a publicly available source;
  • Penny stocks are subject to the SEC’s penny stock rules and subject broker-dealers to customer suitability rules and other requirements, which may lead to low volume in the securities and/or difficulties in selling the shares;
  • Many penny stocks are thinly traded or have low trading volume, which may lead to difficulties in selling your securities and extreme price volatility;
  • Many of the penny stocks we profile or provide information about are subject to intense competition, extreme regulatory oversight and inadequate financing to pursue their operational plan;
  • The issuer profiles and information we provide represent only a small or even infinitesimal amount of information regarding the issuer and is insufficient to formulate an investment decision; as such, that information should only be a starting point from which you conduct an in-depth investigation of the issuer from available public sources, such as www.sec.gov, www otcmarkets.com, www.sec.gov, yahoofinance.com, www.google.com and other available public sources as well as consulting with your financial professional, investment adviser, registered representative with a registered securities broker-dealer;
  • We urge you to conduct an in-depth investigation of the issuer from the above or other available sources, especially because we only present positive information, which is an insufficient basis to invest in any stock, yet alone a penny stock; accordingly, you should proceed with such investigation to determine, among other things, information pertaining to the issuer’s financial condition, operations, business model, and risks involved in the issuer’s business;
  • The issuers we profile may have negative signs on the otcmarkets.com website (i.e. Stop Sign, No Information, Limited Information, Caveat Emptor), which you should determine from entering the symbol of the stock profiled into the otcmarkets.com website;
  • You should determine whether the issuer we profile or provide information about is a development stage company, which is subject to the risks of a development stage company in a similar such business, including difficulties in obtaining financing for operations and future growth;
  • You should conduct an investigation of the innumerable risks that are inherent or present in the business plan of almost any penny stock issuer; therefore, do not use our profiles or any information contained in our website or profiles as the sole determination of making an investment decision;
