This Type of Idea is How You Fire Your Boss!

Dear Reader,

We’ve received hundreds of emails this morning regarding our newest investment idea, and I want to address the most immediate concerns and questions you may have.

Globalive Technology (TSXV: LIVE) started trading just hours ago and is currently only available on the TSX Venture exchange.

***If you have a U.S. broker and they also have branches in Canada, some readers have let us know that by calling into their home brokerage, they have had success purchasing shares over the phone.

***Even popular online brokerages like Interactive Brokers currently don’t have LIVE in their system yet. This will happen, though, just give it a few days.

***For investors looking to purchase shares on the OTC, a grey sheet listing should happen any day, but an upgraded listing will take a few weeks, at least.

As soon as we see that there is a U.S. symbol, we will alert you to it.

***Live Ventures Incorporated (NASDAQ: LIVE) is NOT Globalive Technology. So if you’re entering LIVE in the U.S., do not confuse the two.

***Since Globalive Technology is a foreign issuer (ADR), its U.S. OTC symbol will have an “F” at the end of it. At this time, we do not know what the symbol will be.

***Lastly, many have written in asking how long we expect to be covering LIVE, as well as what our own personal expectations are.

As with all of our portfolio picks, it’s important to remember that I only buy and OWN the stocks covered in this letter. I eat my own cooking.

I look at LIVE as an opportunity to be a part of something truly large, something transformable.

Anthony Lacavera is one of the most successful entrepreneurs I’ve ever encountered. When he sold WIND to Shaw Communications, it had a million subscribers and more than $100 million in annual profits.

He’s unstoppable, in my opinion. When he needed funding for WIND at age 33, U.S. and Canada investors turned him down. He ended up flying all the way to Egypt to get funding from a well-known billionaire. Anthony practiced his presentation hundreds of times before meeting since he was told he would only have 15 minutes!

Anthony is all-in on this deal. He currently owns over 40% of the company and controls over 70% of the votes!

His sister, Catherine Lacavera, just announced she will be joining him on this venture as well. She’s been dubbed “Google’s secret weapon” and was recently published in Fortune Magazine’s 40 under 40 alongside Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey.

She was also on the list for “50 most influential people in the world of intellectual property.”

Yesterday, it was announced that she is joining Globalive Technology’s board of directors.

Her current role will remain at Google as the company’s Director of Intellectual Property.

Tomorrow, I want to go over a single joint venture Globalive has that, if you connect the dots, could potentially make Globalive the cheapest, most undervalued company I’ve personally ever purchased.

Consider accumulating shares of Globalive Technology (TSXV: LIVE).

Best Regards,
